We were a group of 7 friends and we had a fantastic stay. The house is beautiful , offering stunning views and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. The location was excellent—close to the airport and the Cabarete Strip, making it incredibly convenient and accessible when we did want to get out into town. The beach nearby is amazing, though the waves can be pretty rough. But Playa Encuentro was a short walk. Alex, was incredibly attentive and responsive, always ensuring requests were met in a timely manner. Additionally, Chef Rosi's team was amazing and Joel was a fantastic driver when we left the property for day trips. Highly recommend this vacation stay.

Alexander has an absolutely gorgeous property in the heart of Sosúa. It is so easy to get everywhere on foot, and also so easy to have a taxi pick you up and go anywhere you wish. This is a fabulous place to stay, so close to some beautiful beaches and local restaurants etc etc. We would definitely stay here again. Alexander responded to any requests immediately, and was so easy to chat with. What a great host. Thank you Alexander for everything this week.
